We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family of four, and we loved the combination of Western and Japanese bedding options. The highlight of our stay was the private onsen, which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy this beautiful property.

The location is stunning, the staff is superfriendly and excellent. Also it is near to the convenience store at the station, shops, and public transport.

The room was reasonably spacious and luxurious with central heating, a safe and multi-channel television.

The hotel offered a great view of Mount Fuji from my room, and the bathtub on the terrace was a perfect spot to relax. The staff was attentive to my needs, especially when providing a vegetarian meal for me. In addition, the shuttle bus service proved to be convenient and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

The free parking was onsite, exceptional service. Appreciated the spotlessly clean and huge room, and the wonderful view of the Fuji mountain. The atmosphere created was family. Location: the hotel was right by a convenience store and public transport and the Shuzenji train station.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the room was immaculate and spacious, with modern facilities and a stunning view of Mount Fuji from the private terrace. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast selection was impressive and satisfying, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The attention to detail and overall value for money made our experience truly memorable.

The room at Laforet Shuzenji Sanshisuimei was absolutely magnificent. We were blown away by the spaciousness and the beautiful decor. The private onsen on the balcony was the ultimate luxury and allowed us to relax and soak in the stunning views. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and made our stay much easier by assisting us with transportation and dinner reservations. Speaking English fluently, they were able to understand our needs and provide excellent service. One highlight was the dinner at the partnered Marriott Hotel nearby, where we indulged in the Wagyu steak, which turned out to be the best steak we have ever had. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the distance from the station and the limited food options on-site, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laforet Shuzenji Sanshisuimei. The picturesque view of Mount Fuji from our room and the luxurious amenities made it a memorable experience. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional rooms, breathtaking scenery, and helpful staff.

There was a lack of vegetarian options for dinner and some issues with the laundry facilities. the staff at the front desk could use some improvement in their customer service skills.

The location had many facilities, including a sports center, playroom, and tennis court, making it ideal for families.
